| Back in the mid 'eighties, the prestigious Los Angeles Music Center had
the good fortune to acquire for its staff, a talented young pastry chef named
Melinda Wright. The Music Center is famed for its gala catered affairs, and
Melinda's pastries and candies were the crowning touch of each culinary event. |

| Today, Chef Melinda makes her home on the beautiful
Oregon Coast, where she has honed her art to a new level of beauty and
excellence, and is known locally as the "genius of chocolate". Melinda uses only the finest and
freshest imported and domestic ingredients, chosen with an expertise that comes from
decades of experience, preceded by training at one of the nation's finest culinary academies. |
